Dugald Stewart
President and CEO Dug brings over 30 years high tech experience to Elastix. Prior to joining Elastix, he served in multiple executive roles at Cadence Designs Systems, most recently as the Vice President of Field Operations for the Cadence Verification Acceleration business unit. Dug's employment at Cadence began with Quickturn Systems, where he was one of the original members of that company—helping to bring it from a start-up to its initial public offering and its eventual sale to Cadence. Dug began his career at Spectra-Physics and then KLA Instruments. He earned his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. |

Keith Lobo
Executive Chairman
Keith is a 22-year veteran of the Semiconductor industry having helped
build LSI Logic (VP/GM), Chips & Technologies (COO) and Quickturn Design Systems (CEO). During
that time he was directly involved in two IPOs with Morgan Stanley, five M&A transactions, and
played an instrumental role in the creation of over $3B of shareholder value. In addition Keith has
8 years of experience in the Venture Capital field, most of that with the Fremont Group in
San Francisco. He is a private investor in technology companies and is very active at Elastix
assisting management with setting strategy, building out the team and assessing market opportunities.
Keith was educated at Stevens Institute of Technology - New Jersey (ME - Electrical Engineering),
and at the University of Wisconsin - Madison (MBA) where he serves on the Board of the Business School
and also on the Technology Accelerator of the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation (WARF). |

Emre Tuncer
Founder, Vice President and Architect
Emre brings product development and physical design experience
and contributes to delivering high-quality Elastix products. Emre was previously a Chief
Technology Officer and VP of Engineering at Magma Design Automation, where
he managed an international team
of highly talented development and product engineering teams. Before joining Magma, he was
at Monterey Design Systems, an EDA startup developing physical design tools. Emre
has 14 years of experience in development and management of
products and teams. He has a PhD from the University of Texas at
Austin, and a BSEE from Middle East Technical University in Turkey. |

Jordi Cortadella
Founder, Chief Scientist
Jordi defines the Elastix technology vision.
Jordi has been a Professor at
Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), Barcelona, Spain. Jordi
is one of the foremost researchers in asynchronous systems and timing analysis. For the
last 14 years, he has been a regular organizer or program committee member
for many conferences in computer-aided design of VLSI systems. Jordi
has published more than 150 papers. He has a PhD from UPC Barcelona
and a Distinction for the Promotion of Research from the Generalitat
de Catalunya. |

Ajay Jain
Vice President of Business Development
Ajay Jain is Vice President of Business Development. He has 24 years of experience in the semiconductor
industry having worked in ASIC design, technical marketing, software product development, business
development and field applications in the United States and Asian markets. Ajay's experience was
gained with LSI Logic, Chips & Technologies, Trident Microsystems, Quickturn Design Systems and
most recently Cadence where he was directly involved in securing design win contracts with several
of their largest customers in highly competitive situations. He was educated at Columbia University -
New York where he earned BSEE and MSEE degrees. |
